• AI assistant conversations — messages you exchange with our AI travel assistant, stored against an anonymous session identifier.
• Communications — emails, WhatsApp messages and other correspondence you send us.

• To prepare and deliver travel quotations and respond to your enquiries.
• To create and manage your agent account and show you your enquiry history.
• To send transactional emails such as enquiry notifications and password reset links.
• To operate the AI travel assistant and improve the relevance of its responses within your session.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform, and only to the extent necessary:

• Email delivery providers (for enquiry notifications and password reset emails).
• Cloud hosting and database infrastructure providers that store our application data.
• AI model providers that process assistant conversations to generate responses.
• Authorities or legal bodies where disclosure is required by applicable law.

• All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Account passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
• Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised Trevio Global personnel through a password-protected admin dashboard.
• Login sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies with a limited validity period.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in to the Agent Portal and to maintain your AI assistant conversation session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service your requests and maintain our business records. Account data is retained until you ask us to delete your account. AI assistant conversations are retained to provide session continuity and may be periodically cleared.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to enquiry@trevioglobal.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where applicable.
