• You represent that you are a travel professional acting in a business capacity, and that all information you provide (including agency details) is accurate and current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, or breach these Terms.

• All quotations provided by Trevio Global are indicative, non-binding and subject to availability, seasonal variations, currency fluctuations and supplier confirmation at the time of booking.
• Submitting an enquiry through the Request a Quote form does not constitute a booking or create any contractual obligation on either party.
• A booking becomes binding only upon our written confirmation and the fulfilment of any payment terms stated in the applicable quotation or invoice.

Pricing, payment schedules, and applicable taxes will be specified in individual quotations, confirmations or invoices. Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted prices are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.

Cancellation and amendment terms vary by destination, supplier, hotel and season, and will be communicated with each quotation or confirmation. Supplier-imposed charges, visa fees and other non-recoverable costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

• You are responsible for conveying accurate information about itineraries, inclusions, exclusions and travel requirements to your end clients.
• You must ensure your clients hold valid travel documents, including passports with adequate validity and applicable visas, unless visa assistance has been expressly included in a confirmed booking.
• You agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes and not to submit false, misleading or spam enquiries.

Our AI assistant provides general destination and travel information for convenience only. Responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. AI responses do not constitute quotations, booking confirmations or professional advice, and should be independently verified before being relied upon or communicated to end clients.

All content on this website — including the Trevio Global name, logo, text, design and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Trevio Global Voyage Private Limited and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trevio Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our aggregate liability in connection with any confirmed booking shall not exceed the amounts actually paid to us for that booking.

We act as an intermediary between Agents and third-party suppliers (hotels, transport providers, attraction operators and others) and are not liable for acts, omissions or service failures of such suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control including force majeure.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trevio Global Voyage Private Limited, its directors and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your dealings with your end clients, or your misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
